Project Brief
NK Taher Co Ltd wanted a modern travel website that reflects their dual focus: Islamic tours (Mauritius, Hajj & Umrah) and worldwide travel packages, while also promoting car rental, airport transfers, accommodation and Hilaal products. The main goals were to position the brand as a trusted Muslim-friendly travel partner in Mauritius, make it easy for visitors to explore services, and drive enquiries through a simple online query system.
Our Approach
Discovery Phase
We reviewed their existing customer journey, Facebook presence and service structure (Mauritius tours, Hajj & Umrah, global destinations, transfers, car rental, accommodation and Hilaal products). The focus was to clarify their core value: “Your key to world destinations” with a strong Islamic travel positioning and easy access to support channels (phone, WhatsApp, email)
Design Strategy
We designed a warm, travel-focused layout highlighting their headline promise, key stats (years of experience, number of clients) and core services. Clear sections were created for Mauritius Islamic tours, Hajj & Umrah, worldwide packages and Hilaal products, with supportive copy explaining benefits and trust factors (end-to-end management, customizable packages, knowledgeable Arabic-speaking team). Strong CTAs (“Submit your query”, “Ready to get started?”) were added throughout to encourage enquiries.
Technical Implementation
We built a responsive site with structured service pages for each offering and an easy online enquiry form that routes users by type of request (tours, Hajj, Umrah, global destinations, car rental, transfers, accommodation). The site was optimised for readability, mobile browsing, and SEO around Islamic travel and Mauritius tours, with reusable templates so the client can add future destinations and packages without extra development.
